我們成立於2022年，總部位於香港九龍紅磡區，我們是一家有道德的機構，並遵循香港法律的最新政策和規則，專門為客戶提供專業的配對服務，幫助我們在香港的客戶尋找合適的菲律賓外籍家庭傭工，並協助外傭配對合適的雇主。
我們的機構還擁有一致的 CRM 「客戶關係管理系統」，以滿足客戶對服務需求的滿意度，並且還可以用來記錄外傭的表現，以確保作為 CF 家庭傭工在香港之代表的長期職業道路。
Established in 2022 and based in Hunghom District, Kowloon Island HK, we are ethical agency following up to date policies and rules in Hong Kong law specialist in providing professional matching service for our clients in searching the appropriate FDH (Foreign Domestic Helpers) from the Philippines for their family, and assisting FDH matching the appropriate employers.
Our agency also possessed consistent CRM (Customer Relationship Management System) to meet both our clients satisfaction according to their service needs and it could also use to record FDH performances to ensure long term career path as an ambassador of CF Domestic Helper in Hong Kong.
關於CF創始人&代理人：Marco Lai / About CF Founder & Agent: Mr. Marco Lai
創辦人 Marco Lai 出生於香港，是一名中菲混血兒，在他小學期間為了他慈愛的菲律賓藉母親移民到菲律賓。
在菲律賓定居期間，他的家庭聘請了至少4 名菲律賓傭人（1名司機、1名園丁和2名保姆) ，這幫助他加快適應生活和當地的文化，並讓他畢業於馬尼拉通都的中文高中畢業，精通普通話、粵語、菲律賓語和英語四語，然後返回香港開始珠寶行業的職業生涯，並在菲律賓繼續深造，直至今日。
在香港珠寶業的職業生涯中，從批發銷售公司、中小型公司，到位於香港國際金融中心、圓方和海港城等著名購物商場的知名奢侈品牌，擁有豐富專業的客戶服務經驗。 他還獲得了 GIA（美國寶石學院）的鑽石畢業生的良好認可，並畢業於人力資源和管理專業資格，並在整個零售職業生涯中獲得了管理職位。
在當今的情況下，他也知道自己所擁有的優勢。 他希望能幫助有需要的家庭配對合適的菲律賓外傭，並確保所有外傭以專業精神滿足僱主的需求達到長期服務關係。
Born as a CHI-NOY (Hong Kong - Chinese Filipino Mix) in Hong Kong, immigrate to Philippines during his grade school for her loving filipino mother.
During his settlement in Philippines, he experienced with his family minimum of 4 Filipino Helpers (1 Driver, 1 Gardener and 2 Helpers) to support their family, which helped him adapt and become more comfortable with their cultures and led him graduated in Chinese High School located in Tondo Manila possessing bilingual languages in both Chinese Mandarin, Cantonese, Filipino and English before returning to Hong Kong to start his career in jewellery industry and continue his college with well connected connections back in the Philippines until today.
He possessed luxurious and professional customer service manners trained and experienced throughout his career in Hong Kong in jewellery industry from whole sales firm, small to medium organisation, to well known luxurious brand located in famous shoppers such as IFC, Elements and Harbour City in Hong Kong. He also obtained reputable recognition from GIA (Gemological Institute of America) as a Diamond Graduate , and graduated in Human Resource and Management to gained management position throughout his retail career.
In todays circumstances, and knowing the advantages he possessed. He hopes to meet and help families in need matching the appropriate Philippine FDH's and securing his long term service with his professionalism with the current demands.
